Technical Support Manager

We are seeking an experience technical support manager for a busy network operations department. Responsibilities include: managing technical support personnel, assign and review projects, mange department budget to ensure goals are met, submit progress reports regarding support operations, ensure sufficient system reliability and functionality for customer needs, analyze products and recommend use of new products and services to senior management, manage the support of customer and tier connection to rotor networks.

Qualified candidates will have experience with the following technologies and concepts: LAN/WAN design, network monitoring and management, remote access, network configuration management, network security, cabling technologies, Cisco routers, hubs, switches, gateways, circuits, LINUX, Solaris, WIN NT. 

Familiarity with OpenView or similar network management/network monitoring tools and streaming media technologies is strongly rocommended.
