We are seeking an intuitive, passionate, intelligent individual to contribute to a quality team of human resource and recruitment professionals in executive management, technical, financial, administrative and production recruiting. Company is experiencing exponential growth. Previous technical recruiting experience required.
Responsibilities include: harvesting resumes from the Internet, technical interviews, screening of candidates, contribute strategic ideas regarding sourcing, networking , maintenance of resume database, working closely with outside recruiting firms. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years technical recruitment advertising, proven ability to place positions in software development, network engineering and other IT fields. Familiarity with the following technologies is desired: C++/Visual C++/MFC/UNIX/LINUX/Win NT/Oracle/TCP/IP/networking/routers/firewalls/Object Orientated analysis and Design/Solaris/GUI/Streaming Media technologies/HTML/CGI/Perl/JAVA/Installshield/Silknet
