| We are seeking a top-talented
Art Director to a lead dynamic team of designers. Must be a motivating
leader with skills in design and management. Dedicated individuals with
exceptional creative abilities and leadership qualities will excel in
this position. Work closely with designers, executive management and
marketing to drive our corporate identity and brand image throughout
print materials and web presence. Must have experience managing large
websites. Ideal candidates will be decisive and detail-driven, with
proven skills in conceptual design, outstanding typographic and
information architecture skills, experience with marketing/advertising
design and copywriting, master of Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator,
skilled with Flash Animation, Shockwave, HTML and other interactive
media, experience designing, planning, formatting and developing for the
web. Prefer a candidate with at least a BFA in Graphic Design or related
field. Familiarity with streaming media technologies, DHTML, Java and
CGI scripting a plus.
