| This is the top creative position
whose influence is company-wide. sets the creative direction for all or
a major segment of online products, services and programs, and directs
the creative staff in the development and implementation of design
concepts as well as external design resources. This includes leading Art
Directors in the development of new creative concepts and content as
well as on-going site refreshes. Assimilates focus testing and research
to develop style guidelines to ensure that all artwork meet site goals
and establishes quality standards. Must have experience in site
"look and feel", usability and information architecture with
experience with promotional, destination, and portal sites. Reviews and
approves the work of the creative staff. Mentors the creative staff and
serves as the primary creative critique, maintaining an objective vision
throughout the execution. Must have track record for excellent
collaboration with production goals, budgets, schedules and process.
Position is recognized as having a very high level of creative
achievement and typically, incumbent has ten or more year's experience
in creative direction. |
